I’m a reflexology therapist, reproductive health and cycle tracking nerd, mother of two, and a lover of ritual and habit to support good health.
In 2015 I made the leap to officially start my Reflexology training and become certified as a RCRT. I have continued to advance my learning since then. I received my MARR certification in ReproflexologyTM in 2018 after training with Barbara Scott of Seren fertility. In 2019 I trained with Jenni Tribe of the Maternity Reflexology Consortium to deepen my education in Maternity and Post-Partum Reflexology. And in 2020 I trained with Ziggie Bergman of the London School of Reflexology to learn Advanced Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift.
